National Election Council’s personnel sub-committee holds second meeting

The National Election Council (NEC)’s Personnel Sub-committee held in Hanoi on May 17 its second meeting on the upcoming election of deputies to the 15th National Assembly and all-level People’s Councils in the 2021-2026 term.
