College students prepare for their first-time vote

With a few days left until the election of deputies to the 15th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 tenure, May 23, Hanoi-based colleges and universities have basically completed all preparations for their boarding students to exercise their rights and obligations in the event.
