Cadre work as decisive factor of success

Founded on February 3, 1930 under the leadership of President Ho Chi Minh, the Communist Party of Vietnam quickly emerged as the organiser and leader of Vietnam’s revolutionary movement, securing one historic victory after another. Looking back, history shows clearly that the decisive factor behind every success of the Party has been its correct leadership line, in which the training, organisation and deployment of cadres has always been a top priority.
