More than 5.4 million voters in Hanoi went to polling stations in 10 constituencies on May 23 to elect deputies to the 15th National Assembly and People’s Council at all levels in the 2021-2026 tenure. The voting began at 7am and is scheduled to end at 7pm the same day. VNA Photo
